Blocker Supagang

The Blocker is the best heat transfer for:

  • Fabrics that bleed: Any garments you think might have unstable dye and bleed colour.
  • Patterned polyester fabrics: Shirts, sportswear and more where there is a pattern already on the fabric.
  • Sublimated polyester fabrics that bleed: Coloured fabrics that were dyed using heat-to-transfer dye onto the polyester.

Polyester and sublimated fabrics are dyed using heat, and when we apply heat transfers we use enough heat reactivate the dyes used. This then over time ‘bleeds’ into the transfer causing discolouration.

The top logo has Supacolour's blocking layer, the bottom logo does not and you can see the dark spots of the dye coming through.
